Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Your Journey Unfolds

1

Arrival in Kathmandu (1310m). Transfer to hotel.

A representative from the Himalayan Pyramid will meet you at the airport when you arrive. Kathmandu is Nepal's capital, and the Kathmandu Valley is the country's political and cultural center. Evening briefing with trekking guide on Everest Base Camp. Overnight stay at the hotel.

2

Fly Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m) and trek to Phakding (2600m)

Early departure for a flight to Lukla, Solu Khumbu (9,000 feet). Although the airstrip has been repaved, the flight remains as thrilling as ever. You will meet your local personnel in Lukla. Adventure Connection porters may transport your luggage. Begin your climb into Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa homeland's economic hub. The flight will take about 40 minutes, then we will trek for 3 hours from Lukla to Phakding (2640m). We may have breakfast in Kathmandu or Lukla, depending on the time of our morning flight. We will enjoy spectacular views of Kusum Kangru from Lukla (6369m). The trail to Phakding passes through forests and rugged cliffs, with multiple ascents and descents. Phakding, Phakding, Phakding, Phakding, P (2600m).

3

Trek Phakding (2600m) to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

Although the distance between Phakding and Namche Bazaar is not great, the high altitude makes this a difficult journey. Trekking at a slow and gentle pace is the best tactic. Namche Bazzaar is a major town surrounded by the Dudh Kosi and the Bhote Kosi valleys. It's also the starting point for climbing Mount Everest. Markets and shops are well-stocked, allowing you one final chance to buy anything you may have forgotten. Namche Bazaar is where you'll spend the night (3440m)

4

Acclimatization day in Namche Bazar

The Adventure Connexion group will stay a second night at Namche Bazaar, which is an excellent spot to acclimate. Even if you feel great, you should sleep at this altitude since it will aid your ascent to Everest Base Camp. You may walk to the Sherpa villages of Khunde and Syanboche during the day, or rest and enjoy Namche, the mountain village. Namche Bazaar is where you'll spend the night (3440m)

5

Trek Namche Bazaar (3440m) to Thame (3820m).

Hike through a rhododendron and pine forest, passing through Phurte, Samshing, and Thesho, among other tiny villages. Lunch will be served on the way. In Thame, you'll get the opportunity to visit a Buddhist nunnery. The forests along the way are great places to seek for musk deer and a variety of pheasants, including the Impeyan pheasant (the extravagantly colored national bird of Nepal). Himalayan tar may be seen in the meadows and cliffs above. After Thame, travel to Samde, a little village on the Bhote Kosi (river). Ascend steadily to Thame, a potato growing community and market center at 13,000 feet (Hiking time about 5 hours). Thame is where you will spend the night (3820m).

6

Trek Thame (3820m) to Marulung (4150m)

You travel to the secluded Nangpa Valley in the north. This valley was closed to hikers until 2005 since it was the major access route to the Nangpa La, a high mountain that connects Nepal and Tibet. Many Tibetan traders have traversed this path for hundreds of years, carrying a variety of Chinese items on the backs of their yaks to sell in Namche Bazaar. Marulung is a great place to camp (4150m).
